What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is described as the focus of attention on relaxation in such a way
that allows for the increased suggestibility of the unconscious mind. Your
unconscious mind is the source of  all your inner states and motivations for
behavior.  Whatever you choose to do and experience is the direct result of
the contents of the unconscious mind. You are constantly giving instruction or
suggestions to your unconscious mind. It will follow those suggestion that you
give to it with the greatest consistency.  Therefore, to allow yourself to be
hypnotized, is to give your unconscious mind  instructions for healing and
change that supports your greatest good, while empowering you to actualize
the natural power of your mind.   

With hypnosis you can achieve accelerated change, and personal growth
easily and automatically because you are leveraging the mechanism
responsible for your behaviors and emotions.  Your conscious mind and your
unconscious mind are connected and communicate with one another on a
